Back then, it sounded impossible.
Now? I get it.

🌿 My Story: The Daredevil Who Had to Slow Down

I’m a mover and shaker—an idea generator and problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments. I see the big picture, connect the dots, and can move projects faster than most.
But there was a season when it all caught up with me.

I lost control. I lost support.
I had to stabilize the ship I’d been steering at full speed.

I turned to meditation because I couldn’t shut my brain off at night.
I remember lying in bed next to my husband, who was trying to connect—and he’d say:

“I can see your wheels spinning.”
I was physically there, but mentally solving tomorrow’s problems.
I couldn’t shut down. I couldn’t be present.
I needed a reset button. My husband—and my bedroom—deserved that.

So I did what I do best: I got curious.
I dove into the science, the spiritual, the neuroscience.
I studied mindfulness, mindset, heart-brain coherence, energy centers, brainwave states—everything I could find.
I attended week-long retreats, joined masterminds, and committed to a daily practice.

At first, it was “surface-level” meditation—just trying to calm the noise.
But over time, I discovered the real power:
